Sales Manager - Home Care Loving Hands Home Health LLC is seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Manager to help grow our home care business by connecting with families, healthcare professionals, senior living communities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources.

Responsibilities:

Generate new private-pay client leads and referrals Build relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, social workers, case managers, and community organizations Follow up with potential clients and families Explain our home care services and help families understand how Loving Hands can assist them Schedule consultations and assessments with prospective clients Maintain an organized lead sheet and follow up consistently Conduct community outreach, networking, phone calls, and in-person visits Track leads, referrals, appointments, and new clients Represent Loving Hands Home Health LLC professionally Work toward monthly client acquisition goals Communicate regularly with the owner/administrator regarding sales activity and progress

Qualifications:

Previous sales, marketing, healthcare, home care, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with families and professionals Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional, dependable, and organized Able to work independently and travel locally for outreach Reliable transportation preferred Experience with home care or senior care is a plus

Compensation:

$18-$20 per hour Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week Commission opportunities for qualified new clients Flexible schedule
