Visiting Angels (South Central Indiana) is actively seeking dedicated Caregivers to join the Angel team in bustling Bloomington, Indiana. Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate assistance with personal hygiene for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or accidents.
Attend to basic needs such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
Remind clients to take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
Aid with mobility both within the house and outside, including accompanying clients to doctor's appointments and walks.
Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal planning, and preparation.
Support clients with physical therapy exercises.
Complete client's shopping or accompany them for successful outings.
Perform light housekeeping duties and promptly report any unusual incidents.
Offer support in essential daily living activities, including serving meals and other necessary tasks.

Qualifications:

Maintain a clean background.
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
Hold a valid driver's license and maintain insurance with reliable transportation every day.
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
Supportive, compassionate, and proud to provide high-quality care.
High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver.
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and demonstrate eagerness to improve and learn new skills.
Hoyer Lift experience is a plus (but not required).
