—a dependable group of experienced caregivers who want the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when they become available. Caregivers call in. Team members take vacations. Families need extra help. New clients come on board . That's where YOU come in. When an opening pops up, we need reliable caregivers we already know and trust—and who are ready to say, "Yep, I can take that one!" This is a great fit if you want flexibility, variety and the opportunity to pick up more hours without committing to one specific client or schedule.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has 1+ year of senior care experience Owns a reliable vehicle and carries current auto insurance Lives in or near Jeffersonville, Clarksville, New Albany, Sellersburg, Corydon or Floyds Knobs Is dependable—if you say you'll be there, you're there Can adapt to different clients, personalities and care needs Is comfortable stepping into a shift and getting things done Communicates well with clients, families and our office team Actually enjoys spending time with seniors Can laugh easily—because some days, a good sense of humor is practically part of the care plan

WHAT YOU MAY BE DOING

Depending on the client and shift, you may: Assist with personal care and ADLs while protecting dignity and independence Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Provide companionship and conversation Help with light housekeeping Assist with mobility and everyday activities Run errands or accompany clients to appointments Document care and communicate important changes Most importantly, help a senior remain safe and comfortable at home
