- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship, socialization, and emotional support
- Monitor and communicate resident needs and changes in condition
- Assist with medication administration
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Support meals, housekeeping, and laundry tasks

- Compassionate attitude toward seniors and individuals needing care
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Able to communicate effectively and follow directions
- Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
- Able to perform the physical requirements of caregiving Schedule Information
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities may be available
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
