• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and social engagement
• Administer medications according to established policies
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to the nursing or management team
• Assist with meal preparation and dining support
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Support residents with transportation and appointments when assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional care What We Are Looking For
• Caring, compassionate, and dependable individuals
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
