  • Case Manager to keep injury files moving with accuracy, urgency, and clear communication.
This role exists to create order—so clients stay supported, deadlines stay protected, and attorneys have clean, settlement-ready files.
Key responsibilities include:
new client onboarding and file setup; claim reporting and insurance follow-through (claim numbers, adjusters, policy limits/dec pages, UM/med pay); treatment coordination and gap-spotting; records and itemized billing collection with persistent provider follow-up; proactive client updates on a set cadence; demand package drafting (chronology, specials, damages summary, draft demand); settlement support (offer tracking, disbursement sheets, closing); and calendaring critical deadlines (SOL, minors' tolling, and 6-month government claims).
Required qualifications/skills:
Prior personal injury case management experience Strong calendaring, documentation, and follow-up habits Confident client-facing communication and professionalism Apply if you want steady remote work and take pride in running a tight PI file. A Typical Workday You'll start by scanning your dashboard for anything time-sensitive—messages that need a same-day reply, provider follow-ups that are due, and deadlines coming into view. Midday is often a rhythm of focused production: updating timelines, organizing incoming documents, and preparing clean summaries that make the next decision straightforward. Throughout the day, you'll send concise status updates so clients feel informed without having to chase answers. By late afternoon, you'll wrap with a quick review of what moved forward, what's pending, and what needs a nudge tomorrow—ending the day with your files neat, current, and easy to pick up again.
