Indiana Outreach Coordinator Are you a relationship-driven professional passionate about helping children and families? Our client, a mission-driven organization dedicated to preserving families and securing futures, is seeking an Indiana Outreach Coordinator to identify, recruit, engage, and guide prospective foster parents through the inquiry, licensing, and onboarding process. In this role, you will build relationships throughout the community, generate and manage prospective foster parent leads, develop community partnerships, and help families take the next step toward becoming licensed foster parents. Indiana Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and execute strategies to recruit qualified prospective foster parents Generate leads through community outreach, networking, referrals, presentations, events, and social media Build partnerships with businesses, schools, healthcare providers, faith-based organizations, and civic groups Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective foster parents throughout the recruitment process Conduct consistent follow-up through phone, email, text, and in-person meetings Build trust, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections Track and manage prospective foster parent leads from initial inquiry through licensing Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM and database systems Monitor recruitment KPIs including inquiries, contacts, applications, conversions, and licensing outcomes Deliver presentations and informational sessions to community audiences Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth licensing and onboarding process Support engagement and retention efforts for foster families Assist with recruitment events, informational meetings, and community initiatives Indiana Outreach Coordinator Qualifications include but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, customer service, marketing, admissions, fundraising, community outreach, or a related field Experience with lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, networking, or consultative sales Demonstrated success meeting measurable goals, quotas, KPIs, or performance targets Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working with children and families Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned service area Indiana Outreach Coordinator Benefits include but are not limited to: Very Competitive salary!
