CB Indy Inc is seeking an Entry Level Outreach Associate to connect Indianapolis to life‑changing missions. Our Entry Level Outreach Associates will personally introduce the community to organizations that make a real difference. As an Entry Level Outreach Associate, your role is to connect with people, share meaningful insights about the organizations we represent, and encourage them to become involved. Our Entry Level Outreach Associates will take a sales-focused approach to every conversation by listening, building genuine connections, and inspiring action. Core Functions of the Entry Level Outreach Associate Represent nonprofit partners in person, increasing awareness Communicate organizations in a relatable way that helps others understand their purpose, goals, and potential impact. Build relationships with the community Apply sales and communication skills to connect genuine community interest with appropriate participation. Answer questions, explain organizations and their missions, and help others make informed decisions about getting involved. Contribute to established organizational goals through professional communication, relationship building, and community engagement. Identify opportunities to increase community awareness and participation through consistent outreach efforts.
