Overview Guiding Grace Home Care is looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to help grow our client base and build strong referral relationships in the community. This is an on-the-road community outreach position. The employee will visit local organizations, introduce our home care services, develop referral relationships, follow up with potential clients, and help connect families with services. Duties Visit senior communities, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, physician offices, churches, community organizations, and other potential referral sources Introduce Guiding Grace Home Care and explain our services Build relationships with social workers, case managers, discharge planners, community leaders, and other referral contacts Help identify individuals and families who may need home care services Follow up with potential clients and referral sources Make outreach calls when needed Attend networking events and community events Distribute marketing materials and business information Keep accurate records of visits, contacts, leads, referrals, and follow-ups Report new potential client leads to management Help increase awareness of Guiding Grace Home Care in the community Skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with new people Strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and dependable Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Comfortable traveling locally during work hours Previous experience in home care, healthcare, community outreach, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required Schedule Part-time Approximately 15-20 hours per week Flexible scheldule Some community events may occur outside normal business hours Compensation $16.00 per hour W-2 employeee Monthly performance bonus opportunities
