In this integral role, you will: Conduct student evaluations and assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to planning Provide crisis intervention and serve on the crisis response team as needed Deliver counseling, case management, and advocacy for a diverse caseload of K-12 students Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective support strategies Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and regulatory requirements Ideal candidates bring: Active Michigan School Social Worker Certification A current Michigan Social Worker license (LLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW) Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Solid understanding of K-12 student needs across developmental stages Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within a dynamic school environment Enjoy a competitive compensation range from $43 to $50 per hour, with eligible candidates also receiving healthcare benefits, housing, and daily meal/incidentals allowances.
