Position Summary:

The After-School Program Student Worker helps create a safe, fun, and positive environment for students after school. This role assists with student supervision, activities, games, snacks, and daily program routines while serving as a positive role model. Responsibilities Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities. Engage students through games, activities, and positive interactions. Assist with snack time, transitions, cleanup, and daily routines. Help maintain a safe and organized program environment. Communicate any student concerns or incidents to program leadership. Follow all safety procedures and program expectations.

Requirements:

Qualifications Current high school or college student. Enjoys working with children. Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Able to work as part of a team and stay active throughout the shift. Expectations Arrive on time and prepared to work. Be engaged and present with students.
