Position Summary:
The After-School Program Student Worker helps create a safe, fun, and positive environment for students after school. This role assists with student supervision, activities, games, snacks, and daily program routines while serving as a positive role model. Responsibilities Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities. Engage students through games, activities, and positive interactions. Assist with snack time, transitions, cleanup, and daily routines. Help maintain a safe and organized program environment. Communicate any student concerns or incidents to program leadership. Follow all safety procedures and program expectations.
Requirements:
Qualifications Current high school or college student. Enjoys working with children. Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Able to work as part of a team and stay active throughout the shift. Expectations Arrive on time and prepared to work. Be engaged and present with students. Model kindness, patience, and professionalism. Represent New Life Academy in a positive manner.
