The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide direct, individual counseling services (including youth) to patients on an outpatient basis in an office setting located in our rural health clinics. This position provides concrete and supportive services to clinic patients and their families, including assessment, individual counseling, and crisis intervention. The LCSW will counsel patients and document in the Electronic Meditech Record system, Meditech.
