About the Position Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our San Diego home health team on a PRN / Per Diem basis . This position is ideal for an experienced social worker looking for flexibility, supplemental income, and strong compensation without a full-time commitment .
