• Current valid Washington, DC License in good standing, if licensed in another state, we are willing to pay for endorsement fees
• Master's degree from an accredited school in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or counseling
• Proof of current professional liability insurance
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical record databases, Microsoft Office (especially WORD and Excel), email, and Internet
• Excellent time management skills and experience managing multiple projects/tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in leadership, clinical management, and clinical supervision
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure Competence Requirements (minimum)
• Excellent communications and customer service skills with staff, a variety of clientele, other community agencies and programs
• Successfully manage time, requirements, and multiple requirements
• Strong ability to prevent and resolve problems
• High quality clinical skills based upon current clinical theories, best practices, and principles of service delivery to supervisors as well as clients with severe or chronic mental/behavioral health symptoms and diagnoses
• Obtained and maintained current knowledge of historical, economic, and social variables that specifically affect urban populations and urban-based community care.
