$40.00 - $65.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pre-Licensed Therapist (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT) to join our growing mental health team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, collaborative work culture, and competitive hourly compensation. We welcome candidates who are passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through a variety of emotional and mental health challenges while continuing to grow professionally. Responsibilities Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Use evidence-based practices to support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional concerns. Collaborate with licensed clinicians and supervisors as part of a coordinated care approach. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards. Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Current Utah licensure as a CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT . Experience (including internships or practicum) working with a variety of mental health issues. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
