$40.00 - $65.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pre-Licensed Therapist (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT) to join our growing mental health team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, collaborative work culture, and competitive hourly compensation. Responsibilities Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families. Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Use evidence-based practices to support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional concerns. Collaborate with licensed clinicians and supervisors as part of a coordinated care approach. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards. Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations.
