Overview We're looking for a warm, reliable, and highly organized afterschool nanny/family assistant who would enjoy becoming an engaged part of our family's weekly routine. The role would typically be Monday through Thursday afternoons after school to evenings, ending around 6:30 or 7:30 pm, depending on our work and the kids' activity schedules.

Responsibilities would include:

Help maintain the schedule and transport 11 and 12 year from school and to activities--or being home when they arrive Assist with daily routines such as feeding dinner, help with homework, and engaging in activities Prepare healthy meals and snacks, which will be provided Maintain a clean and organized household by performing child related residential housekeeping tasks such as helping with children's laundry and tidying up shared spaces Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or extracurricular activities Someone exceptionally organized who would enjoy managing household errands and organizing our space/keeping it decluttered would be a win Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as babysitting, nannying, daycare, or private home childcare is highly preferred Ability to perform household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation efficiently, as well as being active with the kids' activities Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with parents Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license to assist with school runs or appointments We would love to find someone who genuinely enjoys kids, takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and wants to build a positive relationship with our whole family.
