Job Description

✔️ Monday-Friday ✔️ Approximately 3:00-6:30/7:00 PM ✔️ Approximately 18-20 hours/week ✔️ Long-term position A warm family in Manhasset is seeking an energetic and reliable part-time after-school nanny to help with their three children alongside their full-time nanny. This is a team position , so you will not be solely responsible for all three children. The family is looking for someone fun, active, and flexible who can help make busy afternoons run smoothly. ✨

Requirements:

✔️ Professional childcare/nanny experience required ✔️ Experience with multiple children preferred ✔️ Fun, active, engaging & confident with school-aged/preschool children ✔️ Reliable, punctual & communicative ✔️ Comfortable working collaboratively with another nanny ✔️ Driving strongly preferred ; at least one nanny will handle children's transportation ✔️ Long-term commitment required

Additional Details:

The 6-year-old arrives home from school around 3:15 PM , and the 4-year-old finishes preschool around 2:00 PM . The full-time nanny will also be present in the afternoons, allowing the caregivers to divide childcare, activities, transportation, and infant care. Family lives approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the Manhasset LIRR station , making this a convenient position for candidates along the Port Washington line.
