The primary daytime focus is their 12-week-old infant while the two older children are in school. The family is also hiring a separate afternoon nanny to provide additional support once all three children are home. This is an excellent role for a seasoned nanny who is loving and nurturing with babies but also proactive, organized, and comfortable helping keep a busy household running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Primary care for infant during the day ✔️ School routines, pickups & afternoon activities as needed ✔️ Infant and children's meals/meal prep ✔️ Children's laundry & organization ✔️ Emptying/loading dishwasher and maintaining main child-related areas ✔️ Organizing toys, bedrooms & children's belongings ✔️ Homework support for oldest child as needed ✔️ Active, screen-free play, walks, parks & developmental activities ✔️ Working collaboratively with the afternoon nanny ✨

Requirements:

✔️ Extensive professional newborn/infant nanny experience required ✔️ Experience with multiple children strongly preferred ✔️ Must drive with a clean driving record and your own car ✔️ Must have reliable transportation to work; family car available for driving children ✔️ Warm, loving & highly engaged with children ✔️ Proactive with household responsibilities — not someone who needs a daily task list ✔️ Organized, reliable, communicative & flexible ✔️ Comfortable working as part of a nanny team ✔️ Occasional flexibility for later evenings/rare overnight support appreciated ✔️ Strong professional references & long-term mindset required

Additional Details:

The 6-year-old is in school until approximately 3:15 PM , and the 4-year-old attends preschool approximately 9:00 AM-2:00 PM . A second nanny will provide afternoon support, allowing the primary nanny to either remain with the baby or divide school/activity responsibilities. A housekeeper handles deep cleaning.
