Job Description
Play & Grow Learning Center is looking to expand their leadership team and is looking for experienced Childcare Teachers, Assistant Directors, or Directors that are looking to take on a leadership role with us. This position will start as a Lead Teacher with the goal of taking on a Director, or Assistant Director position when and if we feel the candidate is ready and when there is an opening on our management team. This could be in a short time, or could be several years. The chosen candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully operate a classroom before being moved into the Director in Training role. This person must have multiple years experience in childcare. Must also have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood, or a Bachelors Degree in Education or in a similar field. Strong candidates with a combination of the requirements may be considered. To be considered, you must submit a resume. This could be a great opportunity for someone who is willing to take their passion for childcare and help train new teachers entering the field as well as assisting in the operations of a large childcare center
