Job Description

Job Overview:
Keestone Senior Community, LLC, an Assisted Living Facility, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will be an integral part of providing exceptional care and support to our senior residents.
Duties:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
  • Support in meal preparation and ensure adherence to dietary guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
  • Monitor and record vital signs as required
  • Provide direct support to residents in accordance with individual care plans
  • Uphold resident rights and promote a safe and respectful living environment
  • Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality long-term care services
Requirements:
  • Experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
  • Valid driver's license to assist residents with transportation needs
  • Proficiency in meal preparation and knowledge of nutrition principles
  • Ability to maintain a clean and hygienic living space
  • Familiarity with vital sign monitoring procedures
  • Understanding of direct support practices and home community care standards
  • Knowledge of resident rights and regulations in long-term care settings
