The IT Site Support Specialist serves as the primary IT liaison for a designated manufacturing facility or job site, ensuring the seamless operation of all technological systems, including end-user devices, local and wireless network infrastructure, on-site servers, printing solutions, and manufacturing-specific hardware and software. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
