Length of Work Year 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 261 days per year, 12 months per year Employment Type Full Time Mandatory Testing Multiple choice test link will be sent after application deadline and is due by 10:00 p.m. October 4, 2026. Job Summary Job Summary Job Purpose Statement:
Under general supervision of the Director of Information Technology, position is responsible for providing technical support for staff and students in a call center environment utilizing phone, email, and ticketing system; assists staff and students with setup, configuration and maintenance of technology, equipment and software; guides staff regarding the use of a broad range of products, offerings, and services; provides identification, prioritization, and resolution of problems following well-defined guidelines and procedures; performs backup of critical data files. Prepares progress reports for work performed; and operates audio-visual and related equipment. Job requirements - Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
One (1) year of professional experience in information technology support, help desk support, or providing technical support in a professional work environment. Experience in a school district or county office of education is preferred.
