This is a fast moving, figure it out kind of business, and we need someone who thrives in that environment rather than being frustrated by it. What You'll Do Own our technical projects from start to finish: the timeline, the checklist, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Talk directly with customers to update them on where their project stands and what's coming next. You're comfortable being the face of a project, not just the person running it behind the scenes. Manage a small team of technicians.

Help them figure out priorities:

what needs to happen, when, how, and who should be doing it. You're not expected to have every technical answer. You're expected to know how to get the right answer and keep things moving. Pitch in on technical and customer support when things are quiet on the project side, because we're a small business and everyone helps where they're needed. What We're Looking For At least two years of experience managing people, ideally a small team. Project management experience is a strong plus. At least two years of experience in a technical field. Experience with a managed service provider or hands-on Linux server administration is a plus, but not required. Someone who is detail oriented and organized by nature, not just by job description. Someone who can adapt when the plan changes, because in this business, it often does. Someone who genuinely enjoys people, whether that's a customer, a technician, or a teammate having a rough day. Someone who speaks up when they notice a gap, whether that's a clunky internal process or something missing for a customer that's costing them uptime or holding back their growth. This isn't a sales role, but being a good advisor means paying attention and pointing out where we can add value, not staying quiet because it's not technically your job. What You Don't Need You don't need to be the most technical person in the room. Our technicians have that covered. You don't need to set company vision or strategy.
