Help Desk Analyst
Help Desk Technician I/IILocation:
Woodlawn, MD, Onsite - + support of 9 club locations around Baltimore region. Travel between sites as needed.contract to hire- This position requires a person be physically fit and mentally alert. T may be a need for standing,walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, bending, using/working on a step ladder, stretching, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating, some of it constant.
- This job has an innt amount of physical and mental stress. All candidates must be prepared forand capable of adapting to such conditions.
- This person must be literate in English and reasonably skilled in math.
- This person must have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- This person must have a detail-oriented approach to tasks
- A positive attitude and polite behavior are expected in all dealings with members and/or fellow Teammembers. This person must have a customer service-oriented attitude.
- This person will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- This person will assist with new hire onboarding account setup and change requests as needed.
- This person will monitor the helpdesk ticketing system queue and act as a primary point of contact.
- This person will coordinate break/fix work with company vendors including deliveries and installs.
- This person will manage IT projects as needed and assist with departmental projects.
- Other requirements to ensure success in this role include:o A+/Net+/Microsoft certifications strongly preferredo Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IIP troubleshootingo Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skillso 3+ years IT experience including supporting a Microsoft Windows environmento Experience with Microsoft 365 including Sharepoint and Teamo The ability to communicate and work with all levels of staff who possess varying degrees oftechnical skills.
