About the Role US Legal Groups is looking for a hands-on IT Support & Systems Specialist to be the go-to technology resource for employees across our multi-office organization. What You'll Do Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), printers, and business apps including Clio, Lawmatics, Zoom, Adobe, and our Zultys phone system Manage MSP and vendor escalations: document the issue, follow up, test fixes, and confirm the employee is back to work Handle technology onboarding and offboarding, so new hires are ready on day one and departing employees' access is removed cleanly Administer user accounts, licenses, MFA, mailboxes, groups, and permissions Manage phone extensions, voicemail, call routing, and devices Build and maintain troubleshooting guides and IT procedures What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting skills and a habit of asking the right questions Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365, including accounts, permissions, and MFA Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users Organized, able to juggle multiple requests, and good at documenting Sound judgment with security and confidential information Preferred 2+ years in help desk, desktop support, or similar Microsoft 365 or SaaS administration Experience with MSPs, VoIP phone systems, or multi-office/remote support Clio or Lawmatics experience (helpful, not required) CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications (welcome, not required) You'll Thrive Here If You… Like figuring out why things break, enjoy helping people who aren't tech-savvy, and are comfortable saying "I don't know yet, but I'll find out."
