Job Description
Agent shifts Will select a shift in NH Training with shifts ranging from 8a to 330p start times. Each agent should have at least 1 weekend shift with a day off during the week Channels Supported Phone & Chat Department hours: Monday
•Friday 8am
•midnight;
Saturday:
9am
•10pm; and Sunday 10am
•10pm
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing technical support in a timely, consistent and courteous manner to all Support Center customers in the operation of supported systems for approved applications. Responsible for diagnosing/resolving problems through both questioning techniques and through the use of remote diagnostics.

$18.50 per hour
