Entry Level AT&T Manager:

As an Entry Level Manager, you'll work closely with the management team to help coordinate a small team while also participating in day-to-day customer activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support a small team of customer-facing associates with daily priorities and activities. Help communicate team goals, expectations, schedules, and important updates. Assist with training and onboarding new team members. Provide day-to-day coaching and support to team members as they learn their responsibilities. Participate in customer interactions and represent AT&T in a professional manner. Help customers learn about available AT&T products and services. Help maintain accurate customer and team documentation. Address routine questions from team members and escalate issues when appropriate. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development activities. Work with management to identify ways to improve team organization and customer experience.
