Job Description Insight Global is currently looking to find an AVP Chief Enterprise Architect for one of our top financial clients in the Des Moines area. This person will be responsible for leading technology and business direction for existing and new architecture across the organization. They will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of 4-5 Architects for the organization ensuring alignment and encouraging to solve complex issues. 60% of this persons time will be spent in meetings and 40% will be spent with the team and individually solving problems. They will need to be able and willing to adapt and learn new ideas and ways of thinking. This will be a true hybrid role between guiding architecture and leading stakeholders and the business. The annual salary for this role is between $200,000-240,000/yr with additional bonus and incentives.
