ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
Strategic Leadership
+ Establishes and executes the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics in alignment with Sedgwick's corporate objectives.
+ Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on analytics strategy, data-driven decision making, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
+ Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions that improve operational performance, financial outcomes, customer experience, and colleague productivity.
+ Partners with business leaders to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and trends through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
+ Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and business cases that support organizational growth objectives.
+ Establishes key performance indicators and success measures for analytics initiatives and tracks realization of business value. Analytics, Data Science and AI Leadership
+ Oversees the design, development, and deployment of enterprise analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and AI solutions.
+ Provides strategic leadership for predictive analytics, forecasting, trend analysis, operational reporting, and client-facing insights.
+ Champions the adoption of modern analytics platforms, cloud technologies, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
