Position Overview Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Data Analytics and Account Performance Specialist. This position analyzes customer account activity, recent communications and assists customers, handles customer communications, and documents follow-up. The successful candidate will be data and detail oriented, comfortable handling multiple priorities, working across several software platforms, and providing professional customer service follow-up. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare summary and review customer accounts.
• Analyze activity requiring follow-up.
• Contact customers.
• Document activity.
• Provide daily and weekly updated reports.
• Answer customer calls.
• Perform other administrative duties based on business needs. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to learn and work effectively in multiple software programs.
• Ability to read and understand equipment or program instructions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
