Respond to donor questions via email and phone Manage donor caseloads, thank-you communications, pledges, and giving support Resolve failed transactions and assist with tax statements Maintain accurate donor records and communication preferences Merge duplicate accounts and correct contribution records Coordinate with Finance on donation processing and weekly batch verification

Application Requirements:
