Job Descriptions:

Jeffan is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Assistant to support the day-to-day data quality, product information, and systems administration functions within NetSuite and connected platforms. This role will work closely with the ERP Analyst to maintain accurate product and transaction data and assist with the ongoing integrations that connect NetSuite to our ecommerce and reporting systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, detail-driven work and wants to build hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Product & Catalog Data

• Audit and correct product dimensions, item records, and system product information for accuracy and consistency Imports, Audits & Cleanup
• Process CSV imports and bulk data updates (item records, transactions, dimensions, vendor codes, pricing) with error-checking prior to submission
• Conduct recurring data integrity audits and correct discrepancies
• Identify and deactivate obsolete or duplicate records Systems & Integrations
• Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting integrations between the ERP system and connected platforms, escalating unresolved issues Documentation & Process Support
• Help identify workflow inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities across business systems
• Provide general administrative and cross-departmental support for data requests
• Other duties as assigned to support the Data Integrity function

Qualifications Required:

• 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative, or systems support role
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets/spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to follow documented processes precisely and ask clarifying questions when uncertain

Preferred:

• Experience with an ERP system
• Familiarity with product data management or ecommerce/marketplace operations
• Experience with CSV imports/exports and basic troubleshooting of import errors
• Exposure to inventory, supply chain, or warehouse management concepts
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms/systems at once and switching context between them
• Experience writing or following SOPs/process documentation
