Description Are you highly skilled in Excel and enjoy solving data challenges? We're seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment Data Specialist to support nationwide enrollment operations in a collaborative, team-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in spreadsheets, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and enjoys ensuring data accuracy and quality. In this position, you'll work alongside a team responsible for reviewing, testing, troubleshooting, and correcting enrollment-related data issues within large Excel files. + Review, analyze, and update large Excel spreadsheets containing enrollment data
+ Identify, investigate, and resolve enrollment-related discrepancies and data issues
+ Perform testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
+ Collaborate with team members to support nationwide enrollment processes
+ Follow established procedures while adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs
+ Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding data corrections and updates
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
+ VLOOKUP
+ XLOOKUP
+ Conditional Formatting
+ Data validation and troubleshooting
+ Working with large datasets
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
+ Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
+ Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing work environment
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in data management, enrollment processing, benefits administration, operations support, or similar data-focused roles
+ Experience using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams

- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, data entry, sales support, or a related office-based role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including working with spreadsheets and document updates.
- Strong typing ability with consistent speed and accuracy in high-volume entry work.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and maintain data quality.
- Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Dependable attendance and a reliable work ethic in an onsite Monday through Friday environment.
- Willingness to complete background screening, candidate screening requirements, and employment reference checks as part of the hiring process.
