    Role:
    Own and advance VulcanForms? Salesforce platform, commercial analytics, and data integrations with the Epicor ERP system. Serve as the hands-on administrator and configuration owner while building dashboards, forecasting models, data-quality programs, and commercial insights used by sales, finance, engineering, operations planning, and executive leadership.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as Salesforce system administrator and primary configuration owner
    • Manage the Salesforce data model, automation, validation, permissions, security, and sharing
    • Build and maintain reporting and dashboard tools for sales, operations, finance, and leadership
    • Produce analysis of win/loss trends, quote-to-order conversion, cycle times, pricing, margins, and pipeline health
    • Build the data models and reporting layer supporting the commercial forecast
    • Perform configuration, testing, deployment, release management, and change control
    • Own the enhancement roadmap and translate stakeholder requirements into executable plans
    • Manage the data connection between Salesforce and Epicor across quoting, orders, and backlog
    • Maintain linkages among opportunities, intake, purchase orders, and ERP records
    • Contribute to Salesforce-based order-capture processes that feed Epicor
    • Configure product catalogs, pricing rules, quote approvals, and cost and margin inputs
    • Develop and administer data-hygiene, governance, audit, and performance-measurement programs
    • Train users, maintain documentation, and provide primary platform support
    • Scope and manage external implementation partners while reducing reliance on outside resources
    Qualifications:
    • Five-plus years of experience spanning Salesforce platform ownership and commercial or business analytics
    • Direct experience as the primary administrator of a production Salesforce organization
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
    • Advanced declarative configuration expertise, including Flow, complex validation logic, data-model design, and security/sharing models
    • Ability to frame business questions, build analytical models, and present and defend findings to leadership
    • Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL or equivalent data-query capabilities
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with an ERP system such as Epicor, including order and bookings workflows
    • Experience developing data-quality and governance programs and training nontechnical users
    • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
    Preferred:
    • Experience in manufacturing or an engineered-to-order environment where CRM data supports production or capacity planning
    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
    • CPQ configuration experience
    • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business-intelligence tools
    • Experience managing external Salesforce implementation partners
    Compensation:
    • \$121,200
    • \$166,600 annually
    • Actual compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
