The GIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing spatial and geographic data. This role will include developing and performing GPS surveys and environmental inventories, maintaining GIS applications and systems, creating detailed maps, and performing complex geospatial analyses. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Geographic Information Systems, a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and familiar with USAF compliant data dictionary, data layer specifications, and templates. This position offers an annual salary in the range of$70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with candidate's relevant experience, education, and skills.
