  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers.
  • Establish performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage resource allocation, workforce planning, utilization, and service delivery objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee career development.
  • Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Oversee customer projects, consulting engagements, and operational support activities.
  • Partner with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage escalations, balance competing priorities, and make sound business decisions.

  • Provide technical guidance and support for complex infrastructure and networking environments. What you'll bring…
  • Bachelor's degree in aComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing geographically dispersed technical teams in a Professional Services environment.
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft .
