COCC is seeking a Professional IT Services Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions and consulting services to clients. This role is centered on coaching, developing, and empowering a talented team while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Technical knowledge is important, but your ability to lead people, drive accountability, and build a strong team culture will be the key to success.

Peer recognition programs What you ll do Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers.
Establish performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage resource allocation, workforce planning, utilization, and service delivery objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee career development.
Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
Oversee customer projects, consulting engagements, and operational support activities.
Partner with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Manage escalations, balance competing priorities, and make sound business decisions.
Support infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, migrations, and ongoing support services.
Provide technical guidance and support for complex infrastructure and networking environments. What you ll bring Bachelor s degree in aComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing geographically dispersed technical teams in a Professional Services environment.
Broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise endpoint management
Understanding of enterprise networking concepts and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, wireless networking, and VPN solutions
Experience overseeing infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, system migrations, and modernization initiatives
Knowledge of endpoint management platforms and deployment technologies.
Familiarity with virtualization and digital workspace technologies, including VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, and Microsoft Hyper-V
