COCC is seeking a Professional IT Services Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions and consulting services to clients. - Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Systems Engineers.
- Establish performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage resource allocation, workforce planning, utilization, and service delivery objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee career development.
- Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
- Oversee customer projects, consulting engagements, and operational support activities.
- Partner with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage escalations, balance competing priorities, and make sound business decisions.
- Support infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, migrations, and ongoing support services.

- Bachelor's degree in aComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing geographically dispersed technical teams in a Professional Services environment.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft .
