In this role, you will manage daily operations, monitor performance metrics and SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
