EMPLOYMENT BEGINS

As soon as possible

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To assist the Executive Director and Directors of Technical Services in their responsibilities to ensure the effective operation of the Technical Services Department.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:

High School Diploma or GED Valid Texas driver's license

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Professional telephone etiquette Experience with Kronos Payroll Systems Experience with database entry Excel spreadsheets experience (pivot tables, formulas) Experience/Training with purchasing systems and rules Scheduling virtual meetings and managing calendars Project management software experience Excellent writing skills Basic IT skills for offsite projects Basic understanding of IT terminology

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Taking telephone calls and queueing messages for Director Creating requisitions for Technical Services Prepare and submit payroll Maintain employee records i.e., sick days, absentees, etc. Order from vendors to stock supply store Maintain vendor database Clear purchase orders as they are received from accounting Scheduling virtual and in-person meetings Create spreadsheets and documentation to track projects Retrieve reports from various databases for Directors Perform other duties as assigned

Mental Demands:
