Job Description
Key Responsibilities Understand CQ system architecture and manage system configurations Create and manage users, profiles, and permission sets Install and manage updates within the CQ system Deliver requirements analysis and participate in requirements meetings with stakeholders Document system requirements including user stories, workflows, and design documents Serve as technical liaison between business clients, IT infrastructure, and development teams Translate business needs into technical configurations and requirements Communicate feasibility of requests and project plans to business clients Create system workflows and application documentation Develop business relationships to ensure successful system implementations Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Agile Certification Project Management Certification CQ System Administration Certification Skills Compliance Quest (CQ) System Administration User and Permission Management Databases Report Writing and Queries System Workflow Configuration Software Update Management Requirements Analysis Technical Documentation Business Analysis Stakeholder Management Project Management Customer Service Written and Verbal Communication Agile Delivery Schedule Start date: 2026-09-30
