Duties Deliver prompt and effective technical support to staff resolving issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity Troubleshoot computer hardware problems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals such as printers and scanners Assist with network troubleshooting tasks such as diagnosing connectivity issues related to our local network.
