Pay Rate:

Job Description & Qualifications:
Manage assigned tickets and tasks
- Addressing/updating/closing tickets per defined priority and within the SLA Maintain & Adjust system configurations
- SOC upgrades, HW, SW addition/modification Perform 1st-level triage
- Troubleshoot basic hardware & OS-specific issues, reseat SOCs, re-flashing BIOS/IFWI, unresponsive clients, KVM/DUT hang problems, recover as needed, ticket creation for unrecoverable clients outside Layer 1 recovery Perform manual client maintenance & updates
- Hardware/Debugger additions, SW/FW/Driver updates Deploy new client & server systems
- Follow standardized procedures for racking/setup, Connect remote access, Power, Network, Input config detail (KVM, PDU, UDP/ADP) Build out new deployment areas
- Configure/assemble new HDR/LDR, wire network, KVM, PDU, adjust for expansion and/or new project/program requirements, Additional tasks as required Networking
