Summary - Job Responsibilities -
Activities:
Under general direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, President and Technical Director of Engineering. Sales of magnets, magnetic assemblies, and magnetizing services. o Work within pre-established, product development guidelines and instructions to perform the task required. o Collaborate with Engineering in the duties of reviewing Solidworks magnet prints, formulating pricing and other engineering duties. o Organize, maintain, and count inventory of permanent magnets. o Exercise diplomacy in resolving conflicting customer performance expectations. o Convey warehouse requirements to engineering team members. o Assist in internal test and R&D efforts. o Lead or assist in the development of procedures. Education -
Experience:
Minimum of high school diploma
Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs:
- Familiar with CAD or Blueprints
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- High results - driven attitude
- Acute attention to detail
- Working knowledge of statistics used in reliability
- Proficient in quality management systems
- Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
