$80,000 - $100,000 The Judge Group is seeking an Applications Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Collegeville, PA area. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues and support customer requirements. Prepare and manage quotes, contract reviews, order entry, and proposal follow-up activities. Coordinate production schedules, lead times, expedite requests, and recovery plans to meet commitments. Support forecasting efforts, business reviews, customer audits, and site visits. Maintain accurate product configurations, pricing, and specifications within company systems. Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or medical device environments. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve customer and operational challenges. Experience interpreting engineering drawings and product specifications is preferred. Effective communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels. Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
