Jahn Corporation, a Government contractor with excellent benefits, is accepting resumes for the following full time position: Journeyman Assistant Program Manager (APM) - Test and Evaluation (T&E) Providing Test and Evaluation support to the PAE Munitions / PMX-259 Program Office at Patuxent River, MD 20670. Provides full spectrum test team support, including financial management, test planning and provisioning, test execution and oversight, and coordination of data analysis and test reporting to program managers and other sponsors across services. Provides T&E technical advice to the Lead APM T&E and on all matters concerning test planning and test execution. Responsibilities May Include This position involves direct communication with multiple vendors and geographically diverse test teams, in addition to Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) / Master Test Strategy (MTS) writing, Operational Test Readiness Review (OTRR) support and possible fleet interactions. Candidate will be expected to become subject matter expert in assigned technical areas and conduct Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPT) / Test Plan Working Groups (TPWG) as needed to facilitate program priorities. Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making. Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking. This position will involve travel.

Experience:

Must have 3-10 years of experience. APM T&E or Lead Test Engineer (LTE) experience required, AIM-9x/AIM-120 and/or weapons experience a plus. Must be familiar with Microsoft applications.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience; a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years.

Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
