Location:
Lexington, OHWhat You'll Do Certificate of Analysis (CoA) & Database ManagementCreate, complete, review, and send Certificate of Analysis (CoA)Manage and optimize the CoA database system from creation to specification updatesMaintain product records and specifications in the product lifecycle management systemCreate and process new items in the Quality Test Database, including item/specification changesConfigure new tests, projects, data entry configurations, and charts in the Quality Test Database to support testing and reporting requirementsQuality Systems & DocumentationCreate controlled quality work instructions, training materials, and procedures aligned with Quality Support Group standardsEnter new document requests and change requests in the CQ change management systemEnsure compliance with all BRC standards and CNG policies and proceduresContinuously review specifications, systems, and processes to identify improvement and efficiency opportunitiesEquipment ManagementAssist with regularly scheduled equipment verifications and maintenanceAssist with scheduling and tracking yearly equipment calibrationsUpdate and maintain comprehensive equipment records as neededPerform light to moderate equipment repair and troubleshooting as neededResearch and evaluate new equipment opportunities to support quality objectivesOrder and maintain lab equipment, spares, and office supplies for all quality labsCommunication & Cross-Departmental CollaborationTrain individuals and groups on changing and new policies within the Quality Support Group scopePromptly and consistently communicate with quality management, team members, other CNG departments, and external customers via verbal communication, email, Teams, and other professional channelsOnboard new employees into quality data management systems and ensure proper documentationGain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and customer requirements to support quality initiativesOperational Support & Special ProjectsAssist with collecting and sending microbiological test samples and complete required documentationAssist with creation and management of microbiological test schedulesAssist with creation and management of quality retention pallet and roll labels and documentationExecute various assigned projects, including investigative lab testing and lab studiesComplete all assigned training in the learning management systemWhat Youll BringEducation & ExperienceUndergraduate degree in quality, business, management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experienceTechnical ProficiencyExcellent computer proficiency and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software systemsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to master specialized quality management software, including but not limited to DTR, PLM, CQ, Hypervu, SharePoint, Infinity, and customer portalsInfinityQS administration experience is preferredKey CompetenciesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and quality control mindsetStrong analytical and critical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external customers via email, Teams, and other professional channelsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple departmentsWork Style & Personal AttributesSelf-motivated and proactive in managing tasks with minimal supervisionAble to multitask and prioritize effectively when managing multiple competing priorities and deadlinesFlexible and responsive to accommodate the needs of internal teams and external customersDemonstrates positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions
