Job Description

Job Description Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of a company-wide laptop refresh program. Coordinate deployment logistics, rollout activities, and phased implementation plans. Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deployment progress. Resolve deployment-related issues and escalate risks as needed. Provide status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Manage hardware inventory, device assignments, and lifecycle tracking. Ensure accurate tracking of equipment from receipt through deployment and retirement. Coordinate recovery and reconciliation of retired devices. Monitor compliance related to device assignments, returns, and inventory controls. Identify and mitigate risks associated with missing or unreturned assets. Partner with service desk and IT support teams to improve deployment and support processes. Assist with operational planning, resource coordination, and service delivery improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact between IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users. Drive accountability across teams to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of experience in IT operations, service desk, end-user support, or infrastructure environments. 3+ years of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating service desk or IT support functions. Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. Experience leading laptop refresh programs, hardware deployments, or large-scale technology rollouts. Experience with asset management, inventory control, and device lifecycle management. Strong understanding of service desk operations and end-user support best practices. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project timelines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience supporting large enterprise environments. Experience with IT asset management and inventory tracking systems. Experience supporting infrastructure modernization or enterprise IT initiatives. Process improvement and workflow optimization experience. Service desk leadership or operational management experience.
